Centerport: John Pukke requests side- and rear-yard relief for dwelling and retaining-wall requirement relief to remove deteriorating walls and replace, exceeding allowable square footage to remove garage and deck and to erect two-car garage attached to dwelling, on the west side of McKinley Terrace, east of Harding Court.

Centerport: Carol Anastasio requests side-yard relief to legalize raised rear deck on letter in lieu structure, on the east side of Taft Crescent, south of Harrison Drive.

Dix Hills: Kevin Daily, Certified Drafting, requests front-, rear- and accessory-structure relief to maintain second-story addition, two-story addition, roofed porch, in-ground pool and equipment too close to property line; to legalize roofed front decks, rear porch and conversion of garage to cabana (unheated), and to remove accessory apartment, on the north side of Gerber Street, east of Edgewood Avenue.
