Huntington: Rachel Sinanan requests legalization of storage shed too close to the property line, a raised patio with hot tub in rear and retaining walls with cumulative height over 4 feet in front and rear yard, on the south side of Cliftwood Drive, west of Hildreth Avenue.

Huntington: Morris Construction, LLC, requests lot-area, lot width at setback, front-, rear- and side-yard requirements and New York State Town Law Section 280-a relief to erect a single-family dwelling, on the north side of Manchester Road, east of Morris Avenue.

Northport: Alex Latham, ADL III AIA requests side-yard variance to convert attached garage to living space with a bay addition; erect second-story addition over converted garage; screened-in porch with roof terrace; detached three-car garage and legalize front porch, shed, wood deck, sea wall and 3-foot wall, on the north side of Cousins Street, west of Juliet Lane.
