East Northport: William Bryde requests relief of accessory structure cumulative floor area requirements to remove one-car, detached garage and erect new two-car garage with cumulative floor area greater than 750 square feet, on the north side of Bellecrest Avenue, east of Vernon Valley Road.

Huntington Station: Katherine Catanzaro, Sogno, Inc., doing business as Rocco's, requests maintenance of restaurant use on parcel 167, requiring parking relief and joint parking; requests retention of existing sign in nonconforming location, and requests maintenance of existing sign 3 feet from property line, on the north side of Jericho Turnpike, west of Depot Road.

Huntington Station: Chris Garten requests rear-yard variance

to legalize the conversion of an attached garage, rear addition, rear deck and two rear sheds, on the east side of Lake Road, north of Gama Place.
