Dix Hills: Babu Kudaravalli requests accessory-structure relief to erect a detached, two-car garage in the rear yard closer than 10 feet to the rear lot line, on the west side of Baldwin Path, west of Stratford Avenue.

East Northport: William Bryde requests relief of accessory structure cumulative floor area requirements to remove one-car, detached garage and erect new two-car garage with cumulative floor area greater than 750 square feet, on the north side of Bellecrest Avenue, east of Vernon Valley Road.
