Huntington: Mildred L. Morrison requests relief of lot-frontage to apply for accessory apartment, on the north side of Edgar Court, east of Clinton Avenue.

Huntington: Rogers Avenue Development Corp. requests lot-area, lot-width, front-yard, rear-yard and side-yard variances

to erect a two-story, single-family dwelling, on the east side of Rogers Avenue, south of Rover Avenue.

Huntington: Rebecca Robey requests front-yard variance to legalize deck attached to the rear of the dwelling, shed, to erect addition of open-roofed front porch with raised masonry landing and wood steps, decorative 22-foot deep roof overhang on west side of dwelling, on the north side of Hillside Avenue, west of Woodbury Road.
