Dix Hills: Ralph Carone requests a side-yard variance to erect a two-story addition on the east side of Seneca Avenue, north of Otsego Avenue.

Dix Hills: Michael D. Newman, AIA, requests parking variance to erect 2,155-square-foot chapel addition with 93 fixed seats, including four handicapped, to existing 20,810-square-foot

synagogue, on the northeast

corner of Vanderbilt Parkway

and DeForest Road.

East Northport: Donna and William Fischer request front- and side-yard variances to erect a one-story addition and to legalize rear deck, on the east side of Ketay Drive South, south of Cedar Road.

East Northport: Brian Loughlin requests side-yard variance to reconstruct a one-story addition,

on the east side of Circle Drive, south of Valley Road.

Huntington: T-Mobile Northeast, LLC, requests special-use permit to co-locate T-Mobile wireless telecommunications antennas and accessory equipment on rooftop of existing building, and requests relief from height requirements, where maximum heights of 35 and 51 feet are proposed, on the east side of Manetto Hill Road, south of Northern State Parkway.

Huntington: Anthony and Tasia Pando request side-yard relief to erect a new roofed porch, first-floor and second-floor additions and garage additions, on the north side of Timber Ridge Drive, west of Manor Road.

Huntington Station: Charles and Joan Kotan request long-street, side-yard relief to reconstruct dwelling more than 50 percent destroyed by fire, applicants are reconstructing on existing foundation, on the southwest corner of Nathan Place and Schaefer Street.
