Central Islip

The driver-side window was broken and a stereo stolen from a 1996 Saturn parked on Fairway Lane on Dec. 15.

Assorted lengths of copper wire were discovered stolen Dec. 13 from a vacant commercial building on Motor Parkway.

Copper piping was reported stolen Dec. 13 from a boiler in the basement of a vacant building on Wilson Boulevard.

East Islip

Items were reported stolen Dec. 15 from the yard of Ray the Plumber on Sunrise Highway.


A burglar entered a house on Spur Drive South Dec. 14 and stole jewelry and a camera.

Islip Terrace

Graffiti was discovered Dec. 14 at Connetquot Elementary School on Merrick Street.

Lake Grove

Two sets of wheels and tires from a 2009 Nissan Maxima parked in a Williams Boulevard lot were stolen Dec. 14.

Lake Ronkonkoma

Someone stole a 1995 Jeep Cherokee left running in a 7-Eleven parking lot on Portion Road on Dec. 14.


A man was seen fleeing a residence on Pond Road on Dec. 14 in a dark-

colored sedan. The rear window of the house had been pried open. Nothing was reported stolen.



Rims and tires were discovered stolen from a 2008 Infiniti G37 parked in a Smithtown Polk Boulevard driveway Dec. 14.


A large quantity of heavy-gauge copper wire was discovered stolen Dec. 14 from the shop of Crossway Electric Inc. on Commack Road.

An unknown person pried open the rear door of a Long Meadow Road house Dec. 15. No property was reported missing.


Property was taken from a 2006 Chrysler parked in the lot of Coach's Corner Bar & Grill on Dec. 13.

East Patchogue

Four rims and tires were stolen from a 2009 Infiniti parked on Patchogue-

Yaphank Road on Dec. 15.


An outdoor central air-conditioning unit was discovered stolen from the side of a medical/dental building on Town Line Road on Dec. 15.


A purse was stolen Dec. 13 from an employee of a Montauk Highway beverage distributor while the employee was working.
