At its Dec. 9 meeting, the Islip Zoning Board of Appeals:

Bayport: Granted Gaetanina Bianchi and Antoinette Bifalco permission to build a second-story addition, a two-story addition and

a one-story addition and renovate a garage with insufficient side yards, east side of Gillette Avenue, north of Middle Road.

Bayport: Granted Stanley Gillette Jr. and Bonnie L. Gillette permission to renew a permit, for three years, for a two-family, family-use only, west side of Edgewater Avenue, south of Middle Road.

Brentwood: Granted Erwin Ortiz permission to establish an accessory apartment, for three years, west of Winthrop Road, north of Merion Road.
