At its Nov. 12 meeting, the Islip Zoning Board of Appeals:

Brentwood: Granted Maria A. Blanco and Jose I. Iglesias and Rina E. Iglesias permission to use dwelling for a two-family, family-use only, north side of Grove Street, east of Cyprus Avenue.

Central Islip: Granted Pandem Enterprises Inc. permission to build a one-story building with insufficient front and side yards, northeast corner of Suffolk Avenue and Wheeler Road (through lot to McGrath Street).

Fire Island: Granted George W. and Linda M. Klushmeier permission to build a roof deck with insufficient side yard, floor area and lot occupancy, west side of East Lighthouse Walk, south of Cedar Court, Kismet.
