At its Nov. 12 meeting, the Islip Zoning Board of Appeals:

Bay Shore: Granted Camjjes Realty Co. LLC permission to retain an entrance platform with stairs with insufficient front yard, east side of Joselson Avenue, south of Sonia Road.

Bay Shore: Granted Edwin and Amelia Moise permission to retain a second-story addition with insufficient front yard, south side of Sonia road, west of Nugent Avenue.

Bay Shore: Granted Luis A. and Anibelka Menjivar permission to retain an above-ground pool with insufficient side and rear yards, and permission to establish an accessory apartment, for three years, east side of Lombardy Boulevard, north of Howells Road.

Brentwood: Granted Jose O. Garcia and Silvia I. Blanco permission to build a second-story addition with insufficient side yard, northeast corner of Tabor Street and Broadway.
