At its Wednesday meeting, the zoning board will decide:

Bellport: Gary Tom requests a front-yard setback variance from Post Avenue and a height variance for proposed 6-foot high fence located in the front yard along property line, northwest corner of Head of the Neck Road and Clinton Avenue.

Centereach: Gregory Buscarino requests side-yard variances for existing above-ground swimming pool and pool deck, northwest corner of Pecorella Court and Blydenburgh Road.

Farmingville: Russ Faller

requests minimum and total side-yard variances for existing one-story residence addition, north side of Coed Lane, east of Faculty Lane.

Manorville: Edda Dosiak

requests a certificate of existing use for a pair of one-family dwellings on one parcel, north side of Hot Water Street, east of Eastport Manor Road.
