SUNY-Purchase is undergoing a $131.5 million campus renovation that will give the arts-focused state college a fresh look. The brown brick buildings throughout the campus are undergoing renovation, united by a new outdoor plaza that has become a gathering place. (Feb. 23, 2013)

Built in the early 1970s, The Visual Arts building at SUNY Purchase needs repairs to brick work on facade, and new windows and doors. Twenty-feet tall studio glass windows will be installed facing north, with a new roof including 14,000 square-foot green roof opening this spring. (Feb. 21, 2013)
