For the past 11 years, Hyman "Big Hy" Strachman, 93, has taken on the time-consuming task of buying, packaging and shipping DVDs to U.S. troops overseas. He works at it every day -- including Christmas -- and sometimes gets up in the middle of the night to package another shipment, worried that he hasn't sent enough.
