LIRR: Trains back to normal after signal trouble in Queens
The Long Island Rail Road reported temporary westbound delays of 10 to 15 minutes during the Thursday morning rush because of signal trouble at Jamaica in Queens.
The railroad reported the first delays shortly after 7:30 a.m. and said that there were at least two trains canceled earlier because of equipment trouble.
Service had returned to normal by 8:30 a.m., the railroad said.
