The Long Island Rail Road is asking Tuesday's passengers to allow extra time for their morning commute as it still recovers from the blizzard that slammed the region over the weekend.

According to the MTA's Web site, "some residual, blizzard-related delays are anticipated as continuing cold temperatures and blowing snow impact trains and switches."
