Nassau and Suffolk anniversaries


VENTURA of Bluffton, S.C., formerly of New Hyde Park, were wed Oct. 14, 1962, at Our Lady of Snows Church in Floral Park. They celebrated on a 12-day cruise to the Greek Isles. Tony enjoys golf. Colette enjoys knitting and shopping. They have three children and five grandchildren.

50thDENNIS AND DORIS SCOTTI of Copiague were wed Oct. 14, 1962. A cruise to Bermuda with family is planned. Dennis retired from Newsday in Melville. Doris retired from Brunswick Hospital in Amityville. They have four children and six grandchildren.

50thLUCILLE AND ANTHONY DAVIDE of Howard Beach were wed Oct. 27, 1962, at St. Joseph's Church in Brooklyn. They celebrated with a family vacation to Atlantic City and a gathering at a local restaurant. Lucille, a former bank teller, is a school aide with the New York City schools. Anthony, a general contractor for more than 40 years, retired from his business. They enjoy dining out and frequent trips to Atlantic City. They have one son.

50thSUZANNE AND ROBERT BRINK, residents of Floral Park for the past 40 years, were wed Oct. 1, 1962. They celebrated with a family dinner at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Garden City. They met in the Marine Corps. They continue to work and travel to see their kids, not to mention rescuing dogs and raising them with love. They have three children and eight grandchildren.


COLETTI of Holbrook, formerly of Brooklyn, were wed Oct. 13, 1962. They renewed their vows at the Nursing Sisters of the Sick Poor Chapel in Rockville Centre. A family dinner at Pompei in West Hempstead followed. Rose Marie is retired from New York City schools. Nick retired from a film processing laboratory in Manhattan. They have three children and eight grandchildren.
