RITA AND JACK KUHN of Hampton Bays were married Jan. 18, 1945, while Jack was serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. Rita is a retired nurse. Jack retired as proprietor of Acme Bowling Casino in Great Neck. They have three children, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

EADIE AND JACK HELLERMANN of Bellmore eloped on Feb. 11, 1950. Jack served with the Marines in World War II and the Korean War. He is retired from the maintenance department at United Airlines. Eadie worked for South Shore Country Day School in North Bellmore. Jack is a life member of Sunrise Yacht Club in Merrick. They have four children, eight grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.

INGRID AND DAVID DENKERS, residents of Floral Park for 46 years, celebrated their anniversary on Thanksgiving Day at a party with their three children, seven grandchildren and other family and friends.

PATRICIA AND FRANK SCARANGELLA of Levittown are celebrating this weekend. They spend a month during the winter in Reddington Shores in Florida. Frank was a volunteer fireman for 40 years with the Levittown Fire Department; he served 30 of those years as fire commissioner. Frank was also a volunteer for the Town of Hempstead credit union and is now chairman. He also works with numerous nonprofit organizations. Patricia is a member of several quilting groups and has won various awards for her work. They have two daughters and four grandchildren.

MARY JANE AND JIM CASEY of Lake Grove celebrated Aug. 29 with a two-week trip to Ireland with their four children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. The celebration continued with a renewal of vows at St. Patrick's Church in Smithtown and a party at the Meadow Club in Port Jefferson Station. Jim is a retired engineer at Grumman in Bethpage. Mary Jane is a retired teacher at the Smithtown school district.

50th

MARIE AND JIM LEE of Yaphank were married Jan. 9, 1960, at St. Sylvester's in Medford. A family cruise to the Caribbean is planned. Marie is retired from Bissett Nursery in Holtsville. Jim is a retired construction worker. They have three children and four grandchildren.
