75thANNE AND MARTIN LERMAN of Commack, formerly of Parkland, Fla., celebrated Dec. 19 with a family dinner. A party is planned. Anne just celebrated her 99th birthday Dec. 29; Martin will be 100 Feb. 4. The couple reside at Gurwin Assisted Living in Commack. They have two children, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

70thCHRISTINA AND ANDREW TERZANO of Richmond Hill were wed Jan. 2, 1943, at St. Patrick's Cathedral. In those days, couples had to wait three weeks to wed, but because Andy was being shipped off to war he begged them to lift the rule, and his wish was granted. They have four children, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

65thBETTY AND MARTIN STEIGER of Fresh Meadows were wed Dec. 7, 1947, in Brooklyn. Martin is retired from an export shipping company. Betty retired from the Federal Reserve Bank in Manhattan. Martin served in the Army during World War II and fought in the Battle of the Bulge. They have two children and four grandchildren.


FREDERICK of Northport were wed Oct. 20, 1962, in Brooklyn. They celebrated with a surprise dinner party in Massachusetts hosted by their children, followed by a trip to Vermont. Stuart and Frances have owned and operated an insurance investigation firm for the past 35 years. They have six children and five grandchildren.

50thSHARON AND GERARD PARKS of Lindenhurst were wed Nov. 3, 1962, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Lindenhurst. They celebrated with friends and family at a party hosted by their children. Gerard retired from his own business. Sharon is a manager for Banfi Vintners in Old Brookville. They have three children and eight grandchildren.
