70thMARY AND CARMINE LABARCA of Ridge, formerly of Hicksville, were married April 28, 1940, in Manhattan. They plan to renew their vows at St. Ignatius Church in Hicksville on May 24 followed by a brunch with their four children, their spouses, 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

70th

MARY AND DOMINICK GIOVANNIELLO of St. James were married April 28, 1940. They celebrated with a family dinner at a local restaurant. Dominick has been honorary mayor of his community for many years. They have two sons, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

60th

FLORENCE AND CONRAD MCCARTHY of Massapequa were married April 9, 1950, in Brooklyn. They lived in Freeport and moved to Massapequa in 1956. A celebration is planned later this year. Conrad retired from Northrop-Grumman in 1996. Florence was employed by the Sacred Heart Church in North Merrick and retired in 1996. Conrad is a lifetime member of the North Massapequa volunteer fire department. They have four children, 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

REGINA ("CHICKIE") AND DANIEL HORGAN of Centereach were married April 16, 1955, at St. Boniface Church in Elmont. They grew up in Cambria Heights. Dan is a retired truck driver, and Chickie is a retired telephone operator. They have four children and six grandchildren.

50th

DIANE AND CURTIS FIELD of Syosset were married Nov. 1, 1959, at St. John's Church in Glendale. They celebrated with friends and family at a dinner party in Hampton, N.J., hosted by their daughter followed by a family retreat to Hilton Head Island, S.C. Curtis is a real estate broker, and Diane is a retired teacher. They have two children and three grandchildren.

50th

PAULA AND PAT MOAKLEY of Merrick were married April 10, 1960. They celebrated with family and friends at The Milleridge Inn in Jericho. Pat is retired from Mill River Press in Brooklyn. Paula is retired from Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. They have three children and seven grandchildren.
