A burglar stole money twice from a Glen Head church this month and detectives want the public's help in finding him, Nassau police said Tuesday.

Investigators released a photo of a male suspect accused of entering St. Hyacinth's Church by the front door about 1 a.m. Sunday and taking cash from the donation and deposit boxes. He then went into the home goods area of the church, at 319 Cedar Swamp Rd., and took items, including clothing, police said.

He is the same burglar who went into the church Dec. 1 and stole cash from the boxes, police said.

Detectives ask anyone with information to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS.
