The suspect, last seen walking east toward Broadway, was described as black, about 40 to 50 years old, 6 feet to 6-foot-2 inches tall, with a large build. He wore "a light-colored baseball cap, three quarter length dark green jacket, jeans and aviator-type sunglasses," police said in a news release.
