Long Beach passes to be sold for 2017

Long Beach will begin selling beach passes tomorrow for the 2017 season.

Beach passes will be required on the beach every weekend starting May 27. Beach passes will be required every day from June 24 until Labor Day, Sept. 4. 

The Long Beach Gazebo at 150 W. Bay Drive will be open daily to sell beach passes from May 6 to June 25, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and until 4 p.m. on weekends. 

Beach passes will also be sold at the Beach Park trailer at 300 W. Broadway on weekends from May 27 to June 18 and daily from June 24 to Labor Day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Daily resident beach passes cost $12 while visitor beach access is $15 for a single day. Beach access for children 12 and under is free. 

Adult season passes for residents between ages 18 and 61 are $50 and $100 for visitors.

Children’s season passes between the ages of 13 and 17 are $25 and $50 for visitors.
