A Brooklyn man was arrested Friday evening in connection with a robbery at a T-Mobile store in Roslyn, Nassau County police said.

Shamel Youmans, 20, of 171 Gates Ave., was one of two men who entered the cellphone store at 1073 Northern Blvd., at 6:40 p.m., brandished handguns and forced employees to hand over money and merchandise, authorities said.

Two employees were in the store at the time, but no customers were present and no injuries were reported.

Both assailants fled, but officers arrested Youmans after a foot pursuit, police said.

Youmans is charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree criminal use of a firearm, two counts of second-degree robbery and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

He is expected to be arraigned Saturday in First District Court in Hempstead.
