A 19-year-old pizza shop employee was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with unlawful surveillance after he used his cellphone camera to record two co-workers using the employee restroom, police said.

Jonathan Parra, of 357 Chester St., Uniondale, was arrested at the Domino's Pizza on Front Street in Uniondale at 1:37 a.m. after one of the victims, a 20-year-old woman, reported the incident to her manager -- who then called Nassau County police.

Police said the incident was discovered when the woman saw a cellphone sticking out of Parra's coat, which was hanging on a coat rack. Police said in addition to recording the woman using the employee restroom, Parra also recorded a 51-year-old male employee.

Parra was arraigned Tuesday on two counts of second-degree unlawful surveillance. Bail was set at $1,000 cash or bond. He was represented by Legal Aid, which does not comment on cases.
