Teen from Syosset group home goes missing, cops say

Nassau County police said Wednesday they are looking for a teenager who is missing from a Syosset group home.

Melody Jones-Bristow, 15, was taken Tuesday from the group home to Family Court in Manhattan by her case worker, police said.

Once at the courthouse, she refused to return to the group home, police said.

Jones-Bristow was wearing black pants, an off-white shirt, a black cardigan and sandals when she left court for an unknown destination, police said.
