A teenager was shot in the left arm Friday night as he exited a house party in Freeport, Nassau County Special Investigations detectives said.
The 17-year-old victim, whose name was not disclosed, was attending a party at a home on Roosevelt Avenue when he argued with four other males, detectives said.
The teen was then shot by an unknown assailant after he left the house at 11:30 p.m., police said. The victim was brought by a friend to a nearby hospital, where he was treated and released.
Police did not provide a description of the suspects.
