Joseph Tucciarone, 54, of Levittown, was ordered held on $100,000 bail Saturday after police arrested him for allegedly having multiple sexual encounters with a 12-year-old boy. Tucciarone pleaded not guilty in First District Court in Hempstead to charges of endangering the welfare of a child, first-degree criminal sexual act and sexual conduct against a child.
