Security meeting planned for LI Marathon

Nassau County police have placed their patrol officers on high alert as a precaution after the Boston Marathon bombings.
Nassau police will hold a security meeting on Wednesday as the department prepares for the Long Island Marathon. More briefings are planned before the event, which is held May 3 to May 5.
County Executive Edward Mangano also reminds residents to participate in the "See Something Say Something" campaign.
