Each of the three left the hospital on crutches Tuesday when they were released, spokeswoman Shelley Lotenberg said.
Nassau County police said the three were struck at about 1:43 p.m. as they crossed the intersection of Carman Avenue and Hempstead Turnpike.
A police spokeswoman said injuries to the three were non-life-threatening and they had been taken to the hospital, which is on northeast corner of the intersection where they were struck.
Police said they could not be sure if the three were students at the high school. The police spokeswoman did not have details on the accident but said there is no criminality involved.
