Uniondale road reopens after car hits house, police say

Uniondale Avenue in Uniondale was closed for about 90 minutes Monday morning after a car hit a house and caused a small gas leak, Nassau County police said.

There were no reported injuries, police said.

Uniondale Avenue was closed in both directions between Spuhler Place and Fisher Avenue from 7 to 8:35 a.m., police said.
