Cuomo touts paid family leave, more 2018 programs to help LI workers

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo touted the state's paid family leave program that kicks in on New Year's Day 2018 during his final news conference of the year Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017, at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 25 office in Hauppauge.
