Greek-American New York billionaire John Catsimatidis is known for his business holdings in groceries and oil, his big contributions to political candidates and philanthropies, and his weekly local radio interview show.  Now he's also featured on a postage stamp in Greece.

"It's a real honor and I look at it as the souls of my forefathers being proud of me," said Catsimatidis, who ran in the Republican primary for New York City mayor in 2013. "I'm proud of the fact that I'm getting a stamp named after me and I'm not even dead."

An official presentation was made last week. He was honored along with other famous Greek descendants including actress Rita Wilson, filmmaker Costa-Gavras and TV talker George Stephanopoulos.  The special stamp is issued by the Greek Post Office.
