Convicted ex-Sen. Bruno keeps it light at defense fund event

Convicted recently of a federal honest-services fraud charge, former state Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno reportedly joked this way to others at a big fundraiser for his legal defense fund: In politics, guests ask to be mentioned from the podium, but tonight, they asked not to be mentioned.
