Greenfield re-elected chair of NC Planning Commission

Jeffrey Greenfield of Rockville Centre was re-elected chairman by his colleagues on the Nassau County Planning Commission at its first meeting of the New Year on Thursday.

Marty Glennon, an attorney with [SEE CORRECTION BELOW] Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, was elected first vice chair.

Greenfield was in his usual expansive mood, said unusually nice things about the Town of Hempstead land use process, and referred to Commissioner Leonard Shapiro as "Mr. senior commissioner."

[CORRECTION: Glennon left Meyer, Suozzi two years ago and is now with the firm Archer, Byington, Glennon & Levine.]
