House safety chair sees King as a bit "over the edge"

Running commentary from the unavoidable-for-comment Rep. Peter King (R-Seaford) -- regarding the latest attempted terror plot -- had his opposite party number Bennie Thompson (D-MIss.) in a slight rebuke on MSNBC.  Thompson heads the homeland security committee, whose chairmanship King lost when the House went Democratic. Thompson said in response to King's claim that President Obama has underestimated the threat of Islamic terrorism: "I think he's a little bit over the edge on that." Details from TPM here.
