NC Legislature: the committee leadership

Here’s the committee leadership assignments for the Nassau County Legislature, now run by Republicans. Committee chairs are held by a Republican and the ranking member refers to the Democrat.


Peter Schmitt of Massapequa, the GOP presiding officer, chairs the all-important Rules Committee, and Democratic Minority Leader Diane Yatauro of Glen Cove is the ranking members.
