Dust off your ruffled tuxedo shirt or that hot pink satin dress with the puffy sleeves. It's time to travel back in time to attend Long Island proms of the past.

Explore the eccentric fashion, some unusual themes - including a pre-Civil War area plantation - and the nostalgic moments from local high school proms held from the '50s through the '90s. (We even found one famous Hollywood celeb partying like it's 1990. Oh wait, it was.)
