Suffolk County anniversaries



LABRIOLA of Port Jefferson Station were wed April 29, 1951. They renewed their vows at a Jubilee Mass at St. Lawrence the Martyr Church in Sayville on April 3. A trip to Puerto Rico is planned. George is a Korean War veteran and retired in 1996. They have three children (three more are deceased) and six grandchildren.


CAROL AND RICHARD JONES, formerly of Levittown and now of East Meadow, celebrated April 17. Richard is a World War II Navy veteran and retired postal worker. He is also retired from the Levittown School District, where he was the interschool delivery person. Carol retired from the Levittown Public Library as a senior clerk. They have five daughters and 13 grandchildren.


BARBARA AND WILLIAM LAMBERT of Port Jefferson Station were married in St. Luke's Church in Whitestone on April 8, 1956. He is retired from the New York City Transit Authority. She was a Welcome Wagon lady on the North Shore for 21 years. They are involved in activities at St. Gerard Majella Church in Port Jefferson Station. They have five children, 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.


ANNE AND FRANK EMMA of Port Jefferson were wed April 29, 1961. A party is planned for the fall. They have three children and eight grandchildren.



CHIARAMONTE, residents of Seaford for 41 years, were wed May 15, 1966. Dante works for Steinway Piano in Astoria, and Nancy works for the Plainedge School District. They have two children and two grandchildren.


MARGARET AND GEORGE LYONS of Mineola were wed May 10, 1986, at St. John's R.C. Church in the Bronx. George works for Structure Tone in Manhattan, and Margaret works for St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn. They are planning a cruise to the Bahamas this month. They have two daughters.
