60thHILDEGARD AND KONRAD KRAUSS of East Meadow were wed May 31, 1952, in Oberkotzau, Germany. In 1955 they sailed to the United States on the S.S. America and became citizens in 1960. They celebrated with a dinner at the Carltun in Eisenhower Park. Konrad retired as a dispatcher supervisor at Long Island Bus, formerly MSBA. Hildegard most recently worked for Sears as a sales service representative. They have two children.

50thHELEN AND MICHAEL STEKARDIS of Brentwood were wed Aug. 11, 1962, at St. Luke's Church in the Bronx. Michael retired as an electrician at Pilgrim Psychiatric Center in West Brentwood. Helen is a homemaker. They have four children and 10 grandchildren.


WHITMAN of Plainview were wed July 3, 1962. They celebrated with a family cruise to the western Caribbean accompanied by their three daughters, sons-in-law and five grandchildren. Ed retired as an electrical engineer/technical director, and Linda retired as a quality control manager. Ed is active with his ham radio hobby, and Linda enjoys exercise classes, puzzles and computer games.

40thJANET AND EDDIE HARTLING of Bayport were wed June 17, 1972, at St. Mary's R.C. Church in East Islip. They celebrated at a party at the Oar Restaurant in Patchogue hosted by their three children and their spouses. A trip to Italy is planned. Eddie is a retired math teacher from Harborfields High School. Janet is a retired kindergarten teacher from Middle Country school district. They have two granddaughters.


HALLSTEIN of Medford were wed May 15, 1987, at St. Anthony of Padua Church in East Northport. They celebrated with a trip to Costa Rica. They have two children.

25thTHERESA AND SCOTT STEVENS of Bayport were wed July 5, 1987. They celebrated with a trip to Gurney's Inn in Montauk and dinner at Le Soir Restaurant in Bayport. Scott works for UPS. Theresa teaches in the Bayport-Blue Point school district. They have three children.
