A snowplow driver found dead Sunday morning at the wheel of his pickup truck during the blizzard may have died from natural causes, police said.
The exact cause of death has not been released, pending the completion of an autopsy, Suffolk police said.
The unidentified driver was discovered by police responding to a 911 call at 8 a.m. He was found behind the wheel of the truck, which was fitted with a snowplow, on Samantha Drive in Coram.
Police said it did not appear as if the truck had been involved in an accident. Foul play is not suspected, police said.
