A registered Level 2 sex offender arrested last month and charged with secretly recording swimsuit models in a changing room during a summertime Hamptons fashion show is due in court again Wednesday, officials said -- to be arraigned on two additional charges.

Robert L. Liguori, 51, of Mastic Beach, has been held in Suffolk County jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail after pleading not guilty to the original September indictment, which charged him with five counts of second-degree unlawful surveillance. Officials said the new charges will "likely" involve "recording of more victims."

The new indictment will be unsealed Wednesday before Judge Barbara Kahn in Suffolk County Court in Riverhead.

The alleged recording occurred July 12 at a swimwear fashion show on Elm Street in Southampton Village, according to Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota.

Officials said an intern for the designer sponsoring the show found the camera, belonging to Liguori, "recording the dressing room scene."

Liguori is a registered Level 2 sex offender, stemming from his 1998 arrest and subsequent conviction for trafficking child pornography, transmitting child pornography and transporting child pornography interstate, officials said.

In a separate incident, Suffolk County police said they arrested Liguori on Sept. 7 -- charging him with third-degree stalking. That case is still pending, records indicate.

That case stems from an incident involving a female clerk at a clothing store in Center Moriches, Spota's office said. In that incident, according to the district attorney, "Liguori lifted up the dress he was wearing to expose his genitals to her, and then returned to the store twice the next day."
