Thomas Herman of Patchogue, who was allegedly high on drugs when he drove at speeds of up to 100 mph through downtown Sayville and killed a West Islip man, has been indicted on multiple charges, including second-degree murder and aggravated vehicular homicide, said Suffolk District Attorney Thomas Spota.
