A Huntington Station woman was arraigned Saturday on felony charges in the robbery of a pharmacy Friday, Suffolk County police said.

Tina Alfani, 55, of Hickory Place, pleaded not guilty to charges she passed a note demanding narcotics to the clerk at the pharmacy counter inside Stat Script Pharmacy, at 1800 New York Ave. in Huntington Station, police said.

The clerk and the pharmacist complied with her demands and Alfani fled on foot, police said.

No one was injured, police said.

Second Precinct patrol officers found Alfani in Huntington Station a short time later and arrested her.

Alfani faces charges of third-degree robbery, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and of tampering with physical evidence.

Judge G. Ann Spelman of First District Court in Central Islip set bail at $21,000. Alfani is due back in court on Oct. 10. She was assigned a Legal Aid attorney.

The investigation is continuing.
