Service has been completely restored on the Long Island Rail Road between Stony Brook and Port Jefferson, after it was suspended due to a warehouse fire in the area, according to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
Service on that part of the Port Jefferson line was suspended around 4:30 p.m.
Terryville firefighters responded to the fire at 100 Sheep Pasture Rd. and were still there around 7:45 p.m.
