Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Fifth Squad detectives are searching for a man who struck another man in the head with a beer bottle last month in a Patchogue bar.

Police on Thursday released photographs of the suspect involved in the March 31 altercation at Cuscatlan Sports Bar, at 290 E. Main St.

The suspect hit the man with a bottle at about 3:30 a.m., and the victim was taken to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue for treatment, police said.

The suspect is about 5-foott-5, in his 30s with dark hair, police said.
