Mother struggles with daughter's July Fourth death

Lisa Gaines has been struggling with powerful swings of emotion as the first anniversary of her young daughter's death approaches. Victoria, who was two days shy of her 8th birthday, died while trapped in the cabin of a capsized boat in Oyster Bay after a July Fourth fireworks display last year.
