Police have released surveillance video photos of the suspect in a pharmacy robbery Sunday in Deer Park, saying they believe he is the same man who committed a similar robbery at the store last month.

The suspect, believed to be about 6-foot-2 with a thin build and in his mid-20s, is seen wearing a black, hooded Volcom Stone logo sweatshirt with black jeans, black sneakers and sunglasses, Suffolk County police said. The footage is from a CVS Pharmacy on Deer Park Avenue in Deer Park.

Police said the man entered the pharmacy at 8:10 p.m. Sunday, jumped the pharmacy counter, grabbed the clerk -- and demanded prescription pain medication. The clerk complied and police said the suspect then fled south on Deer Park Avenue in a dark-colored sport utility vehicle.

Police said they believe the suspect is the same person who committed a similar robbery at the pharmacy on Sept. 22.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding the robberies -- or, the location of the suspect -- to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS. Callers are eligible for a cash reward of up to $5,000 for any information leading to an arrest and police said all calls will remain confidential.
