A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Holbrook woman who is mentally disabled, police said.

Debra Ann Stallone, 48, was last seen Tuesday at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue, Suffolk County police said in a news release Friday.

Stallone is described as 5-foot-1 and 150 pounds with blue eyes and long brown hair. Stallone walks with a cane, police said.

“Stallone was last seen wearing light gray pants and a dark blue shirt,” police said in a statement. “She was carrying a pink drawstring type knapsack.”

Anyone with information about Stallone’s location is asked to call 911 or fifth squad detectives at 631-854-8552.

The Silver Alert program allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
