U-pick apples: $15 for a peck bag (10-14 pounds). Hard Cider Tastings: Flights: $7 for 4 pours, $7 pint, $12 for 32-ounce growler, $18 for 64-ounce growler.


VARIETIES: 27 varieties, including Gala, Yellow Delicious, Empire, Jonagold, Braeburn, Cortland, Mutsu, Arkansas Black and Granny Smith. Check website for availability.

In addition to apples, hard cider tastings daily ($6) and growlers available for purchase ($11-$17). It regularly offers four varieties of hard cider — traditional, traditional sweet, raspberry and cinnamon, plus special seasonal varieties. "Making hard cider was a natural extension of the season," says Bob Gammon, who owns the orchard with brother Scott Gammon. "Cider tasting, baked goods and other things just add to the apple-picking experience." Offers fresh-baked goods such as doughnuts, cookies and pies.


9 a.m.-5 p.m. weekends and holidays through October
