A bicyclist was killed in Wyandanch on Wednesday in a crash with an all-terrain vehicle, Suffolk County police said.

Inoe Dejesus Padilla, 24, was riding his bike on Davidson Street at about 4:15 p.m. when he crashed into an ATV driven by Joel Foster, 26, police said.

Foster, of Peary Street in Wyandanch, was driving a 2015 Yamaha ATV eastbound on Davidson Street when the crash happened; no charges are pending, a police spokeswoman said.

Both were transported by Wyandanch/Wheatley Heights Rescue to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip.

Padilla, of Jamaica Avenue, Wyandanch, was pronounced dead. Foster was admitted with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

The ATV was impounded for a safety check, and police said their investigation is continuing.

Detectives ask anyone with information to call the First Squad at 631-854-8152.
