A Hampton Bays man faces a felony drunken driving charge after Southampton Town police said they found him to be intoxicated and driving with a suspended license on Sunday.

Yeison A. Gonzalez, 24, was stopped by town police after failing to signal for a turn on Shinnecock Road in Hampton Bays at about 3:20 a.m., according to a Tuesday news release.

He is charged with felony DWI because of a previous drunken driving conviction this year, police said.

He also is charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, also a felony, operating a vehicle without a required ignition interlock device and unlawful possession of marijuana.
